General Terms and Conditions of The Longevity Membership

The Company offers an annual membership package called “The Longevity Membership”.

THE MEMBERSHIP

The Longevity Membership grants members access to the following inclusions and benefits for a set duration of 12 months:

The annual subscription of Holistic Health Age-Defy (The Ultimate) supplements at subscription price, with shipments every 2 months (for sake of clarity, a 12-month supply equals 6 units/boxes of supplements, each box providing a 2-month supply).
One exclusive 3-day Nutri-Path program at Clinique La Prairie Switzerland, located at Rue du Lac 142, 1815 Clarens Montreux, Switzerland, with the following content of services:
- 3 days and 2 nights in standard room, full board, for one person (the Member)
- One general health evaluation
- One Nutrition Index assessment
- DNA microbiota test and probiotics
- One “Unlocking Longevity” consultation
- Anti-inflammatory Clinique La Prairie menus
- One session of far-infratherapy
- One Holistic Health AGE-DEFY supplement
- One session of AudioVitality^®
- One CLP signature massage
- One high-tech skin analysis
- One facial treatment
- One movement assessment with a coach
- Access to fitness and wellness facilities

FEE AND PAYMENTS TERMS

The Longevity Membership requires members to pay a non-refundable annual fee of 8252 CHF, with payments payable in advance, billed as follows:

A) A lump-sum pre-payment of 5292 CHF upon subscribing and purchasing the Membership online at https://cliniquelaprairie-hh.com/. This lump-sum covers the first 2-month supply unit/box of the Age-Defy (The Ultimate) supplement and the value of the 3-day Nutri-Path program at Clinique La Prairie. Subsequently, this lump-sum will be due and billed every first month of every renewal annual period. Consequently, in this first annual month: the first supplement is shipped, and the members receive a personal voucher confirming their allowance to the 3-day Nutri-Path program at Clinique La Prairie. The member is entitled to book the program at the clinic within the 12-month period.

B) The following supplements are automatically shipped and charged to the payment method on file every 2 months (i.e. every 2 months, one supplement box is sent and 592 CHF is charged, totaling 2960 CHF for 5 unit/boxes).

A) and B) total 8252 CHF.

AUTO-RENEWABLE ANNUAL PERIOD

The annual Longevity Membership begins on the date of the first lump-sum payment and is for a fixed minimum period of twelve (12) months. It is automatically renewable by tacit agreement for an additional twelve (12) months at the end of each Membership period.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

No Early Termination: Once an annual membership is initiated, it is a binding commitment for the full 12-month term.
Non-Refundable: The annual membership fee is non-refundable, regardless of usage (including regardless of usage of the program at Clinique La Prairie) and regardless of early cancellation requests.
Cancellation is possible after the initial 12-month term has been fulfilled: Members may cancel their membership by providing at least two calendar months’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. To avoid auto-renewal for the following year, a written notice of cancellation must be therefore provided by the 10th month of membership (ie. at least 60 days before the end of the current annual term). Members who wish to cancel under these strict terms may do so by providing written notice to holistic.health@cliniquelaprairie.com, to which we will return an acknowledgment of receipt.
Failure to provide notice will result in automatic renewal for another 12-month period under the same terms and conditions.
Exception: if you are a customer based in the European Union or the European Economic Area and have made the purchase via our Website, this is considered your statutory right to withdraw from the contract, within a 14-day withdrawal period that applies from the receipt date of the 1^st Product (from the day on which you acquire, or the person you designated acquires, physical possession of the 1st Holistic Health Products you will receive as part of the Membership). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to cancel the order within fourteen (14) days as of receipt of this 1^st Product.

AGE

Members must be at least 18 years of age.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING ADD-ONS DURING YOUR STAY AT CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE

If members purchase additional services from Clinique La Prairie while attending the 3-day Nutri-Path program in Switzerland, all add-ons must be paid for upon check-out or according to the clinic’s terms. Clinique La Prairie Holistic Health SA is not responsible for these additional services. Please refer to the terms below for your program stay at Clinique La Prairie, which are an integral part of the membership terms and conditions.

RETURNS REGARDING THE HOLISTIC HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS PROVIDED WITHIN THE LONGEVITY MEMBERSHIP

In case of specific situation that requires you to return a supplement Product(s), contact us at holistic.health@laprairie.ch and follow the steps detailed in section 11.2.2 of the main terms and conditions listed on https://cliniquelaprairie-hh.com/terms-privacy-faq/.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM STAY AT CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE SWITZERLAND

As part of The Longevity Membership, you have access to The Nutri-Path Program, taking place at Clinique La Prairie, Rue du Lac 142, 1815 Clarens-Montreux, Switzerland. You will receive a voucher upon signing up for the membership to redeem it.

How to book your program:

The voucher is required to book your program and has a strict validity of 12 months. To proceed with your reservation, please contact Clinique La Prairie’s Reservation team at reservation@cliniquelaprairie.com.

We strongly recommend reservations to be made at least two months in advance. Booking is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

You may always contact holistic.health@laprairie.ch if you need any assistance within contacting the clinic.

Confirmation of booking is subject to full pre-payment of your Longevity Membership to Clinique La Prairie Holistic Health SA, as per the terms of The Longevity Membership.

Modification of booking policy of Clinique La Prairie SA applies:

Once your booking is confirmed by the clinic, should you decide to cancel your stay/program, modify the dates, or reduce the number of persons in the reservation, the following policy will apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: CHF 1,500 administrative fee for date modifications will be charged by Clinique La Prairie SA.

29 to 8 days before arrival: CHF 2,000 administrative fee will be charged.

Fewer than 8 days before arrival: Reservation and access to the program will be forfeited.

Please note that if a companion or child is added after the reservation is finalized, an updated booking confirmation with revised rates will be provided.

Transfers from / to the clinic from Geneva airport:

Not included in the program.

You may request it during your booking, and you may confirm this service at current rates.

Other Extra Charges during your program stay:

Please note that the voucher is valid for 1 person staying in a standard room. Any other choice of room will be charged (difference of price, to be confirmed upon reservation process).

Any “Not Included in the Program” items or “À la Carte” services/medical exams will be confirmed by specialists during the stay and charged at current rates.

These additional charges must be settled prior to departure.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in is set at 2 pm. Earlier check-in may be possible upon availability

Check-out is by 11am.

Nutritional approach and Dining:

The program is full board, with dining at the in-house healthy gourmet restaurant. Clinique La Prairie’s nutritional approach is mandatory during the program, and you must comply with it. The clinic tailors its anti-inflammatory diet to your allergies and intolerances. À la carte menus are not provided. The diet favors limited animal proteins; it may include fish, seafood, and poultry but excludes red meat, and privileges vegetable proteins. Restaurant’s hours: Breakfast: 7 a.m.–10 a.m., Lunch: 12 p.m.–2 p.m., Dinner: 7 p.m.–9 p.m.

Smokers:

Clinique La Prairie is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not allowed in your room (including the bathroom and WC) or on the balcony. Should you choose to smoke, a disinfection and cleaning fee of CHF 1,500 per week will be added to the final bill.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

During your stay at Clinique La Prairie, all interactions and services will be in conformity with the local rules and conditions of the establishment and premises.
